If paying with a check, cashiers check or money order Please be sure to provide your shipping address, telephone number, product name and color.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service department via email info@DiscountLures.com. All our products have a 15 day return policy!

U.S. Shipping & Delivery & Order Confirmation

Unless otherwise noted in the item descriptions, products are shipped via regular Post to locations within the United States and Canada. Estimated shipping time is approximately 5-10 business days (Depending on your location).

Backorder

If item is out of stock, we will contact you via e-mail within one business day so you can approve the additional delay or if you wish to cancel your order.

If you need your item in a rush you should request expedited delivery (UPS, FedEx, Purolator) at additional charges (please include your email and order # ). We cannot guarantee a time of day for delivery. We urge you to place your order at least 8-10 days prior to any major holiday.

Order Confirmation

We will confirm your order once it has been processed. This email will contain your confirmation number as well as your order number. A second message will be sent as soon as your order is shipped.

Return Policy

When returning merchandise to DiscountLures.com, carefully wrap the items and return them Parcel Post insured. Parcels must be returned shipping charges prepaid. C.O.D. returns can not be accepted and will be refused. Please include a note explaining the reason for the return, along with the name, address, and postal code of the person who placed the order. Advise us if you are looking for a refund or exchange.

We will refund postage due to shipping errors or defects in merchandise. We will return ship via surface delivery.

Defective products are eligible for credit or replacement within 30 days of customer invoice date. Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise via group shipment unless customer requests an upgrade at their expense. Advance replacements are available, but must be paid for at the time replacement ships. All returns should be sent prepaid shipping to the address provided along with the Return Authorization (RA) number. Packages must have the RA number written visibly on shipping box with a brief description of the product defect inside.

DiscountLures.com is not responsible for any item not received at its warehouse. Allow 10 business days for processing returns.

If approved, you can expect your refund or exchange within 3 days from the time we receive your return. For credit card orders, please allow one to two statements for your credit to appear.
